Laurel Croft is a development of 9 new homes by Snell Developments.

The first three houses are now released for purchase on an off plan basis. The homes comprise three bedroom houses, each with two parking spaces, and one with an attached garage. Built from natural stone and to a high specification and standard, these homes will appeal to a range of buyers.  Construction is due to start on site in March 2019 and the first homes are expected to be ready in Winter 2019.

Embsay is a village in the Craven district of North Yorkshire. The market town of Skipton is about 2 miles (3 km) with a good range of shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and other amenities.
