Coming soon in Cononley

January 12, 2018 Posted by John Shaw Snell Developments
St Johns Croft is a development of 8 new homes by Snell Developments, comprising four detached 4 bedroom 2 bathroom homes with garages, and four semi-detached 4 bedroom homes with parking. Built from reclaimed stone and to a high specification and standard, these homes will appeal to a range of buyers.

Construction is due to start on site in March 2018 and the first homes are expected to be ready from late Summer 2018.

Cononley is a vibrant village in the Craven district of North Yorkshire, with much to offer, including a village store and post office, two pubs and Cononley Village Primary School.  Cononley railway station has direct services to Leeds, Bradford and Skipton, which together with the nearby A629 Aire Valley trunk road, makes for good commuting to many of the region’s towns and cities. The market town of Skipton is about 3 miles away and has a good range of shops and other amenities.
