Abbeystone Gardens, Monk Fryston by Gregory Homes

March 5, 2018 Posted by John Shaw Gregory Homes
A bespoke new homes development in the picturesque village of Monk Fryston in North Yorkshire is now ready for occupation.

Abbeystone Gardens is a new residential development of just nine new family homes located off Abbeystone Way and within walking distance to amenities on Main Street.  It comprises four townhouses and five detached properties that are all completed and ready for viewing.  Built from limestone in keeping with the local area, each property is traditional in appearance yet with a contemporary, high-level specification throughout.

Prices range from £250,000 to £380,000 with a number of incentives available including the Help to Buy, an equity loan whereby the Government lends up to 20% of the cost of a new home, so the purchaser only needs a 5% cash deposit and a 75% mortgage to make up the rest. They are not charged interest on the 20% loan for the first five years of owning their new home.

Andrew Foggitt of scheme developer Gregory Homes said: “We are delighted to offer some great incentives to buy at this small and very individual cluster of new homes in Monk Fryston.  We are hoping that these will provide strong options for people to buy more affordably in a much sought-after village.

John Shaw FRICS who is the selling agent for Abbeystone Gardens, said, “I am really pleased to be marketing this beautiful development.   Anyone wishing to live in an area of natural beauty with historic links and access to great amenities and communication routes will not be disappointed. Monk Fryston is a popular village and this rare opportunity to live in a new build home in this location is one not to be missed!”

Gregory Homes is a part of the award-winning Gregory Property Group which has achieved an outstanding track record in delivering sustainable property developments across the North of England for more than 30 years.
