Andrew Snell wins another NHBC Pride in the Job Quality Award for Brow Top, Glusburn housing development.
The director of Silsden based housing developer, Snell Developments Ltd has won a prestigious National House Building Council award for the quality of the company’s new homes at Brow Top, Glusburn.
Andrew Snell of Snell Developments Ltd was one of only 449 site managers selected from more than 8,000 UK sites for a Pride in the Job 2024 Quality Award from NHBC, for his work on their 22 home development at Glusburn, North Yorkshire.
The three, four and six-bed homes built by Snell Developments are of outstanding quality and characterised by their natural stone, high specification interiors, Indian stone-flagged patios and stone walling.
Andrew said: “I’m pleased that the consistent high standards of our work have, once again, been recognised by the NHBC. I thank my brother and parents as well as our long-standing and loyal staff, whose hard work and attention to detail allow us to maintain our quality reputation and deliver such great homes.
Independent sales agent, John Shaw FRICS, said: “A Pride in the Job award is the highest industry accolade a site manager can receive. The NHBC says it represents success for the site manager, their team and associated trades – but most importantly, homeowners who buy a Pride in the Job winning home benefit from a high quality product. We know house hunters won’t be disappointed.”
The Snell family have been undertaking housing developments since 1977 with Andrew’s parents starting the business and eventually passing the reigns to Andrew and his brother John. Other recent developments include Cobbydale Way, Silsden, Keighley, West Yorkshire and Lumb Mill Farm, Glusburn, North Yorkshire.
