New Homes at Addingham

December 3, 2017 Posted by John Shaw Snell Developments

House buyers are already putting their names down for new homes in an 18-house development at Addingham, near Ilkley.

Family-owned Snell Developments is taking off-plan reservations for it’s three and four-bedroom properties, the first of which are due to be ready in February.

The two-storey homes are to be built using natural stone and high specification interior design at a site named Moor Lane Croft, to the west of the popular Wharfedale town.

Ranging in price from £274,950 for a mid-terrace to £549,950 for a detached house, they have a garage or off-street parking and feature natural stone window surrounds and garden walling.

Independent sales agent John Shaw FRICS said: “I’m not surprised we’re already getting a lot of interest in the Moor Lane Croft homes. It’s a very desirable location and there’s a good price range. Snell Developments is known for the quality and specification of its houses and these stunning natural stone homes won’t disappoint.”

Four miles from the spa town of Ilkley, Addingham sits on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park and has its own shops, pubs and a restaurant.

Director John Snell, who runs the company with his brother Andrew, said: “We take great care to select our sites and are proud to construct buildings that complement their beautiful surroundings. Over the years we have built up a team of loyal and highly skilled trades people who create these dream homes for customers.”

Based in Silsden, West Yorkshire, the company was founded in 1977 by their mother and father, Philip and Margaret Snell. Snell Developments has just completed an exclusive development of four natural stone homes at Rathmell, near Settle.
