HOUSE buyers are expected to snap up homes in a select new development at Rathmell, near Settle, where an open day is set for Saturday 5th November.
Independent housing developer, Snell Developments, has already taken a reservation for a three-bedroom house on the site, to be known as Beautry Croft. Three four-bedroom family homes – two of which are due to be ready by Christmas – remain for sale.
The family-owned developer has built the four semi-detached properties on Main Street using natural stone and high specification interior design, including underfloor heating.
Priced from £309,950 to £384,950, the two-storey houses have a garage or off-street parking and feature natural stone window surrounds, Indian stone flagged patios and drystone walling.
Independent sales agent John Shaw FRICS said: “Snell Developments is known for the high quality and specification of its developments and these stunning natural stone homes won’t disappoint. This site is in a very desirable location and there’s a nice range of pricing, so I’m expecting them to be extremely popular.
“We’ve already secured a reservation from one couple who are keen to get their name down before our viewing day on Nov 5th. If any house hunters can’t make that date, we’re happy to arrange another time.”
Snell Developments is also building 18 natural stone homes at Addingham, near Ilkley, the first of which is due to be ready early February.
Director John Snell, who runs the company with his brother Andrew, said: “Over the years, we have built up an exceptional team of loyal and skilled trades people who pull together to create these dream homes for customers. We take great care to select our sites and are proud to construct buildings that complement their beautiful surroundings.”
Based in Silsden, West Yorkshire, Snell Developments was founded in 1977 by their mother and father, Philip and Margaret Snell.
